RHODE ISLAND

The Jamestown Schools have been doing Robotics for about five years. Review the Jamestown Schools Robotics Pages.

The Engineers of Tomorrow are First LEGO League team. 7 of the team members are homeschooled; 3 attend the Barrington Public Schools. The site also includes information on the robotics classes taught by EOT coaches Mary Johnson and Matthew Stein.

Broad Rock Middle School students study robotics in Technology Class, and by participating in the LEGO League and Robotics Park.

PumaPaint is a painting robot that lives at Roger Williams University. Move the brush with your computer at home, paint a canvas in Bristol, RI.

OUTSIDE RHODE ISLAND

Stamford, CT's SMART First LEGO League Team won the Director's Award in the Connecticut FLL competition. Check out the pictures of their robot.

The Mindstorms Mayhem are the New Hampshire Director's Award winner. Take a look at the videos on this site, including a 400 point run in the NO LIMITS challenge.

The LEGO Mountaineers, an all-girl team in California, also won a Director's Award.

The Sharon Eagle Robotics Club in Sharon, MA has a site full of information on LEGO robotics and the new VEX kit. Check out the page on the Eagle Overdrive, a science project done by one of the kids to develop a robot that goes straight.

The Lafayette Lego Robotics Collation in Indiana, posted the building plans for their 2004 NO LIMITS robot.

The Funky Monkeys in central MA won an award at the World Festival for the consistency of their robot. Check out their robot designs.
